It is with great pleasure that Chrysalis School announces that Michele Donovan has been appointed as the Class 1 teacher for 2015. Michele joins us from Thornbury Primary School in which she has been teaching Class 3 in the Steiner stream. Michele said that she is excited about taking the step to come to Chrysalis and join a fully fledged Steiner School after teaching in a streamed school for two years. The children of River Song Kindy are more than ready and will soon be meeting their new teacher at the Going-Up Ceremony. This ceremony is a delightful Chrysalis tradition, when the children go up the hill to their new classroom and are led there by their new teacher, as they bid farewell to their kindergarten year. The Going-Up Ceremony will be on Wednesday 10th December.
